Dakota Spinner

Our Dakota Spinner has a split blade and uses a slow death hook.  It was designed to fish at 1.1 mph - 1.4 mph.
This split blade gives off an unbelievable vibration, and the slow death hook will spin the crawler in a teasing manner.  Tip with 1/2 a crawler.
